found this video of this guy rebuilding a tranny that was bolted to a d16y7 (s40 i guess its called) and i plan on doing me to replace the input shaft bearing.

after he splits the case and removes reverse what are the two brass colored objects that he removes??

interlock guide bolt: which is the first removed and LAST installed after countershaft is locked in place

Shift arm selector bolt: allow the shift are to move out of the way so gearstacks came come out.
