EF Sedan Rebuild after wreck
So, Wednesday, July 18th 2012 I wrecked my car.
This lady pulled out in front of me and then about a mile down the road, she stopped at a GREEN light and I hit her doing about 45. (obviously the first picture.)
The next day, Thursday I went to my local Pull-N-Save and was able to pick up a new hood, t-bar, and bumper filler. After working from 6AM-4PM, the next 3 pictures is tear down and sort of rebuild. I had to rebend out 90% of the sub frame because I couldn't get a new sub frame off the junk car because of the factory epoxy. I can't weld and didn't have any way of reattaching it to the car if I cut it off, so I just went with the bend_back_out_the_best_I_could method. xD
I didn't work on it friday at all because it was **** poor raining -.- but friday morning before the rain, I went to a local junkyard and was able to get 2 new head lights. Saturday morning, I had to re-work a little more of the metal around to get the head lights in place. The last picture is with the bumper back on and about 4 more hours of work from about 12noon-4PM. In my opinion, 13.5 hours and 2 days of work isn't bad to me. I think it turned out pretty well. I know the head lights recede a little bit but not really enough to bother me. I need new corner lights, and that one little piece of grille and she's back to 100% as far as I'm concered. :D (i have that 1 corner light, i may leave off the other and say that i have a turbo or sum ****. xD)
By the way, who likes muh valve cover? :D --edit, you can't see the valve cover -.-

Tanks! xD I've poured a lot of time and money in her, but I'm about ready to call it quits. I really want a 94-95, coupe, EX trim, 5-speed civic. That's mah dream civic. I want it really bad.

Repairs look good, I would go somewhere to get a new subframe though. Have them weld it on. Good job on the masking of the valve cover. I wouldn't have the patience to do it.
nice job on the repairs man! looks like the t bar and the hood took the blunt force of the damage, did u rear end a truck? also is that an ex sedan?
