IACV issue:
I have a 1992 civic w/a d15b vtec swap auto and used it has stock manifold and throttle body. I keep throwing a code 14 even after reseting and clearing the ecu.
The car at start up idles rough up and down then you hear a popping sound and the idle is normal. The code throws maybe 10 second after the car is turned on. When I go to drive it sputters under light light throttle pressure. It pretty much drives like the idling is. If I give it a normal throttle or even full it drives as normal but still will idle rough. I've changed the iacv 2 times both were known good and ecu had been reset properly. I'm thinking the throttle body could have an issue? or something what are your idea's?
Thanks for any help.

I did the same thing, replaced the IACV and it helped a lot but didn't entirely fix the problem. Check your FITV follow this thread

ok so I cleaned and changed nothing.. only made it worse! now when in drive the car does the lumpy idle and it wants to drive on it's on and the intake keeps making a loud popping noise and it runs like crap now.
