that^, in my 2000 accord, the defroster is actually frosting the glass on the outside in all the modes

this is actually a problem i only recently noticed since i just got my ac working recently after a couple years driving around in the heat and humidity

also my left driver dash vent is stuck open too so i know something is busticated so who knows how to access the part that is jacked up to replace it or reconnect the rods or whatever is wrong

there's a wreck accord in the u-pull-it thats fixin to get picked for all kinds of random crap

 

Have you looked at the mode control motor to be sure it is moving and the rods are connected to it?

Also, the "side vents" always blow......the only way to stop air from those is the "dial" right by the vent.

 

the side vents is a good thing to know, but how do i get to where the rods are?
i'm literally looking for a how-to like what panels to pop off

i'm not sure how great honda plastic is but im afraid to break stuff

 

update!

the winshield defrosters only have a little draft in all the modes, but in defrost mode they hella blow, is that normal or is the diverter door not closing all the way wrong

how do i get in there to check
