Default Mysterious oil leak

i have a b20b turbo. my tuner had my head rebuilt, and resurfaced. he put a new headgasket on it also. i picked my car up when it was done. it runs great. no smoke or anything. oil level stayed the same after driving 200 + miles but i noticed this oil leak

what could this be? i thought oil was coming from the headgasket. i have arp studs so i dont think the head lifted. plus it runs amazing and doesnt smoke at all. i think i noticed a little oil in the middle to bottom portion of the timing belt cover

Inspect the timing area seals (cam/crank) and replace as required.

What kind of system are you using to evacuate the crankcase? If you do not have adequate ventilation in the PCV system, you will continue to blow past seals and gaskets.
