Default Right front wheel Squeak. (with Condenser Mic Recording)

I've been having this issue for a month now and it seems to have gotten worse. The front passenger side area of the car starts squeaking when I take left turns.
I have research youtube, google, and this site but haven't found any exact fix.
So, I decided to record the sound exactly how I would hear it from the inside of the car when I'm driving with my Condenser Mic.

I'll answer any questions you guys have. thanks!

Extra info:
It does it regardless if I'm coasting, braking, or accelerating through a left turn. But when it first started last month it only happened when I was coasting or braking. I don't notice any real shaking in the steering wheel. The ps pump is good, and lug nuts are tight.

*** don't mind the extra clicks and bangs you hear in the recording. That was just me trying to hold the mic and shift. aha. The only sound I'm trying to get you to hear is the squeaks and the only squeaks you hear is when I was turning left. THANKS!

You get it fixed? Sounds like it might be a wheel bearing.

Thanks for the response!

I just changed the upper ball joint and control arm. but now the noise is louder. Now if I barely move the wheel left while accelerating it is louder and feels like it doesn't roll as smooth. But the sound goes away when I'm coasting (5 speed manual). I'm about to replace the the lower ball joint and also noticed the outer tie rod joint needs replacing so I'll hit that too.

As for the bearing, I'm hoping this all fixes it because honestly I wanted to save that theory for last due to the pain of replacing a bearing on the captive rotor.

But with the bearing what are the symptoms? it doesn't rumble when driving straight.

Well, it looks like I have to remove the bearing to get to the lower joint anyways so I might as whell replace that too. I will let you know what Happens when I put it all back together.

I just replaced both of mine on my acura(non captured, but same setup, except the rotor comes off). Mine would get better when i turend one way and worse when i turned the other. Anyway, best way to do it, I would say is to remove the entire knuckle. Loosen top ball joint, bottom ball joint, and tie rod. Then if you have access to a good press you can press it out. And even then you will most likely leave the inner race on the hub. Which will require either a bearing seperator or you will need to cut it with a metabo/chisel(Very carefully and try to not score the hub shaft)

Or, you can maybe take it to a machine shop and have them press off the old, press on the new. Even maybe replace your lower ball joint and the rotor, just measure it, see how much material is left.

ok I changed the lower upper ball joints and the wheel bearing.
I didn't need a press... I actually just put a piece of wood on it and lowered the car weight on it with the jack :p anyways that's all good now, no play what so ever and no noise. All in 3 hours!
I haven't changed the other side yet and I'll do that tomorrow just because I like to replace things in pairs.

But I have another issue that may have gotten worse since I fixed the ball joints.

The car shakes pretty rough.
It's not too bad going slow (5-15) but its very prominent at around 45-70. It shakes the wheel and the pedal, along with the car it's self.
Any clues to what this could be?

Thanks for the tip!
The bearing is replaced and the rotors were turned a few months ago at Honda. I don't notice any extra shaking when I used my brakes like I did before they were turned.

The shaking could be an tire balance issue, or possibly a alignment? Or could even be a motor mount.

I know I need new mounts because mine are toast and an alignment because I just replaced most of the suspension.
I know I need a tire balance.. well because I might as well.

So you may have the right answer. I'll jump on all that when I replace the outer tie rods this coming weekend.

I have an additional question.
The lower ball joints I removed didn't have c clips on them but the Nappa ones I installed did. I didn't really notice much of difference between the stock and the aftermarket. Are the clips really necessary or are they just a Peace of Mind?

thanks for sharing your tip on remowing the lower ball joint! def giving that a try some day! i can vouch for a shaking front end as a combination of worn suspension parts and out of balance tires.. i thought i was going to die on the highway in my 96 untill i finally did upper control arms and tried different tires/wheels up front... with that said, im getting awful creaking sounds from the new upper arms.. i think they are lacking lube.. what did you use? i would reccomend trying a friends wheels up front and then check for play in the ball joints..even if they are new

Wow, it sounds more like a noise a seal (animal) would make and not a squeak!
