2000 civic si - engine lag at 7k RPM and 90MPH

Default 2000 civic si - engine lag at 7k RPM and 90MPH
got b16a2 si,before everything works fine and couple weeks ago and today driving freeway i rev and bump the engine just to test at 7k RPM about 90MPH and always does it lag every time it reach 90MPH,but before i can reach till 120MPH no problem...
anybody has this lag problem????

Maybe it's because you're at 7000 RPM. Try shifting.
