Default bobbed honda CB? **pic inside**

saw this bike at the east coast honda meet. i absolutely love the way it looks. i had tons of questions but couldn't find the owner all day!.....to me it looks like a cb750-650 engine. but i was hoping to find out more info about the frame, wheels, forks etc. any input is appreciated!

the swing arm pivot should help id the frame

front wheel is way to big for a nighthawk 700 so it's a 650 or 750

i found the owner, still awaiting the details from him. but from what ive read its a cb750, with custom hardatail. the forks have been cut. and also the front brake was deleted, not sure why though. custom rear fender and struts. wheels look the be OEM
