I drive a 91 civic wagon. Stock ride height. I have 15" 05 civic wheels with 195 60 R15 tires. When I hit bumps my driver front scrubs the fender. Would changing to 195 50 R15 stop this. If not what do I need to do?

 

you need to get under there and see what/why it's hitting.

 

Ill look at lunch. Im pretty sure its hitting the fender.

 

I looked and the tabs that used to hold the plastic splash guard was sticking out too much. I bent it in. We will see how it works out on the way home.
