Default 93 accord ex lacking power

i have a 1993 honda accord ex with full exhaust system with headers and short ram intake. the car runs horribly i keep getting oil in my spark plugs i just recently changed the valve cover gasket to see if thats the problem and did the O rings as well which went bad. the car basically turned into a project it currently is sitting i have to adjust the rocker arms now. any other tips to maybe add a little power i just changed the spark plug wires also and plan on changing the oil

There are two sets of spark plug tube o-rings, if you didn't know already. Also change the pcv valve too if you haven't. You could also clean out the throttle body, egr valve and ports for a little more kick. Hmm maybe the headers didn't come with a 02 sensor bung hole and it's not getting the proper a/f mixture, or maybe it's just a tired worn out engine? I would just get it up and running well before doing any other mods. Pretty much comes down to how much money you want to spend for a measly gain, usually not worth it.

You are right the headers didn't come with the o2 sensor I was aware of that which is why my check engine light is on you actually reminded me to order one thanks lol. But I'm not just looking for aftermarket tips I'm taking everything Into consideration maintenance tips and all. I already changed the PCv valve to. I actually believe this motor is pushin power just needs to have proper maintenance done its a f22a1 with 146,xxx miles I'm just trying to get it up and running 100%.

This. There's a lower set, too. You have to remove the rocker arm assembly. You should probably replace the plugs after you have the oil solved.

I did remove the rocker arm assembly i purchased the whole valve cover gasket kit and replaced all gaskets including the lower O ring gasket which is why i have to re adjust the rocker arms gaps. also a bolt broke when i was loosening it not tightening and it has to be torqued but i have to drill it out of the hole and replace it. i put everything else back together started up the car and it started making a clicking noise which i believe is the rocker arms which is why i have to re adjust them and also get a new bolt

It's automatic, that's probably why it seems sluggish.

Be sure that the engine's not a tooth off, that can cause sluggish acceleration.

Seems like it also shifted short as well. With that being said, I'm not that sure when the auto 2.2L shift but I'm sure its not well before redline.
