Hooked up city light per an article i read. To the low beam for the neg. Now my lows are dim and my high are normal. Disconnected citys and checked all light fuses. Nothing. Running through wiring diagram know. Any help is great. As i am not an electrician. Also changed out the light switch cause i had an extra. No changes. Halla!!

 

Just realized my car is canadian. Any input on the drl relays under the dash?
