Default AC question on dpfi to mpfi.

I have a DPFI 89 wagovan that I want to drop a MPFI ZC into. The stock AC blows ICE cold so I really want to save it. Will the motor swap cause it to stop working for any reason? meaning... do the pm5 and pm6 ECUs run different pins or anything when it comes to AC? Is there anything special I will need to do, or will it all just plug and play like nothing changed?

Sorry if this is already out there, the searches I was trying were long and didn't seem to bring up anything useful.

no they are the same. and either way you will not be messing with the A/C wiring when you do an mpfi conversion
