hello honda tech im doing my first h swap in a 00 civic as of right now the motor is bone stock with dc headers and everything is dropped in the car and my issue is that the car does not want to crank what should i look for i dont know where to start please help honda tech

 

forgot to say im running a p28 with obd2 to 1 harness if that a difference
