Am I going to be ok?

I got some Crosstour 18" rims and I want to run 225/45 R18 tires. The Crosstour rims are only 7" wide. Will I be ok mounting the tires on these wheels?

Those tires are rated for 7" to 8.5" wide wheels. So, in short, yes you'll be fine.
