When i crank my steering wheel all the way right or all the way left the front end groans and stuff. What would that be/

That has to be the most vague description I've ever heard. please tell us more. more than likely it is your sway bar end links..

 

Alright so whenever i either crank the wheel all the way to right or left its seems to be catching on something but dont know what? Maybe the bushings are bad? who knows but i have 185/70/14 so its not the tires.

 

Its like a dragging sound

 

Is it the power steering pump groaning? or perhaps you have inner splash shields (plastic panels) that are missing fasteners and your tire is rubbing. Should be easy to get a visual on that.

 

Jack the front of the car up. Turn the wheel to the problematic side and see if anything is binding up. It might be the splash shields like cameron r suggested
