i need to know if all v6 trannys are the same. well what tranny can i swap into a 2001 honda oddessy? since finding one..can i use a v6 accord tranny from the same year? or maybe a CL or Tl tranny from the same year? would it bolt up to the car with no problem? ive been search but i cant find anything..

 

The only reason I would NOT use a non Odyssey transmission is because the Ody will more than likely have a lower(numerical higher) final drive ratio than the Accord or other Sedans.
I *think* the 98-02 are the same family and will interchange and bolt in, but I'm fairly sure your acceleration will be slower, if not dangerous.
