sorry for the grammar, I'm on my phone.

I checked the diagrams it says the heater hose goes to the back of the thermostat. however, there is nothing there. is it that b18cs don't have this and if so what do I do wih the hose? the tiny hose is on the back top of the throttle body suppose to go to the evap purge control solenoid? my car doesn't have one. the tiny hose is spitting out air and when I plug it up the car dies. what do I do? also I ground the iab right?

I can't get pics till tomorrow. to further clarify though. the smaller hose goes to the vapor canister but there isn't a spot for it on my car. I suppose I need a new canister, one with three nipples? the heater hose is coming out from the firewall, its the passenger side one. in the diagrams I've seen it goes to the connecting pipe on the thermostat. I cant see a connecting pipe. perhaps I need to remove the intake manifold?

Should always have a connecting pipe. My gsr has a spot in the pipe for 1 of the heater hoses, the other goes to the side of the head if I am not mistaken, would have to check though
