That's kind of vague, "someone took or did something that wont let it start" what exactly do you mean????

Have you checked to see if is a no fuel or no spark problem.

Turn the ign. switch on to run, not all the way to start, do you hear the fuel pump priming?

When you turn on the ign. switch this should happen...

The cluster will "light up" including the CEL.

There will be two (2) "clicks" from the PGM-FI Main Relay, may sound like one as the clicks are very close together.

At the same time the fuel pump will prime, [run/hum] the fuel system, [pressurized it].

After no more then a few sec. there will be a 3rd click from the PGM-FI Main Relay.

At the same time the fuel pump will stop priming and the CEL will go out.

Does the above happen, exactly as described?

Next test, try starting engine, crank 2-3 times, then immediately remove a spark plug and check the end, is it "wet" with gas, does it smell of gas, if you put a light, [match/lighter] to it does it burn?

Next, plug the spark plug back into the spark plug lead and ground the plug to the engine, have someone crank the engine, do you have spark, is it a good spark? 94

^^^^^^ ensure you have both fuel and spark. if it is turning over and you have fuel and spark it should fire up. If you don't there is some larger issue at hand.

Also it helps us to know what the car is, swap, set up, did you just finish an upgrade of some sort, is it your car or a new project???
