I have a 91 civic suffering from an intake gasket leak so when i got to the last bolt to take off the previous owner must have rounded it off because there is nothing that will get it off. I tried pretty much everything and i cant heat it up because its by the fuel area. Does anyone know how I could get this bolt off??

Squeeze a small vise-grip onto the nut. It may take a few tries to get a good bite, but it will break that nut loose.

 

Grab a 12 point socket relatively larger than the nut that's on there.

Tap it on there with a hammer to get it fully tight, and then hit it with a ratchet.
