Default CB7 Auto to 5spd Swap HELP!

Ok guys here is the question. I have searched and cannot find the exact answer i need.

I have a friend with a Automatic '90 Accord and we converted it to 5spd and has a H22a swap.

Everything is connected and ready to go. Grounds and all.. Does not start.

Is there a safety switch that needs to be bypassed since it was automatic?

Also what connections plug into those switches on the Clutch pedal?

Please any help! Thanks!

UPDATE i jumped one of the plugs and it cranks now... but still not getting any power to the distributor. There is another set of wires on a plug that used to go on the automatic shifter that I believe has to be jumped/bybassed to be able to start the car. If anyone can get me the schematics for those plugs that would be great!!!!

Here is a picture of the plugs

UPDATE: Found the issue

The car was originally setup for external coil. So we spliced together the external coil plug wires on the harness side and motor started right up.
