Default SI wheels on a DX. Do I need spacers?

I have a 1999 Civic DX with 50K which I put 99-00 SI wheels on. I purchased new tires and have vibration about 60 mph and sometimes vibration on low speeds here and there, I've had them balanced and went back a second time to get them rebalanced. I even went to a 2nd place and let them give them a spin. My question, should I be running both hubcentric rings and 3mm spacers on all four wheels? thanks a lot.

Hubcentric rings? That could help get rid of the vibrations.

Spacers? Those really won't do anything for the vibrations.

bent wheel or heavy corrosion/rust on the hub.

no room for hubcentric rings without spacers well past the factory ring, a si wheel is designed to fit tightly to the factory civic hub.

i can't fathom feeling the corrosion.. i'd imagine the wheel would be nearly impossible to install before causing any vibrations. much more likely you have a bent wheel.

wheels were almost brand new when I got them and I put new tires. my car also has low miles and I did not see corrosion. So the hub rings will not fit?, if its still a civic? I'll try putting the fronts in the back. but I remember moving them around to get a different feeling but it always seems to return. One day would be fine and one day vibration.

almost brand new? the newest they could possibly be is like ten years old. if they look like new, then hopefully they aren't bent, and assuming the tires are round..

you need atleast like a 10mm spacer to clear the factory hub at 56.1mm because the wheels are, too, 56.1mm.

one day no vibration.. some days vibration.. hmm.. that's something more to think about. did you have a vibration before the new wheels and tires?

Almost new meaning they were in very good condition when I got them, car ran fine with stock steelies, I assume its a wheel balancing problem. like I stated before in my first post I had to go back and have them do it again. the suggestion came up that I should have hub rings because the car is not a Si, but now we know its the same hub.
