Hid and tac proplems

Hid and tac proplems
Hey guys I have a 00 Civic HX with a b18a1 swap and today as i went to drive it I turned on my HID's and pulled out drove for a bit then the hid's went out taking along with it the Tac. Any Idea's what could have caused this?
