my tl wont start HELPits not starter or battery
im in need of some serious help. my car dosent start everytime i turn the key i hear a buzzing sound look at this video uploaded

someone said something about relays so i put my hand near the the relays under the dash and i could feel one vibrating. also one relay in the engine bay is
also vibrating. people said it was my starter so i just replaced it too HELPPPP
