clean em1, is it a clean title ... ? reason for the rear bumper being 96-98 ?

 

i bought the civic abot 4 years ago with that bumper. i dont know the reason why it was on there but i didnt care. it was in too good condition to pass up. the title is clean, clear, in my hand, and in my name.
