i have a 1999 honda accord LX, it has been swapped with an F20B, and lsd tranny, i have tried three different main relays, i know that there is no way i have got 3 bad main relays in a row, n e ideas on how to resolve this? car will crank over, but not fire till the main relay kicks and the check engine light goes off...

 

Sounds like you're drawing too much current for the relay. Check for short circuits

 

Did you check the ignition switch?

 

short circuits? where and what to look for? first time i've had this kinda problem, and what am i looking for on the ingnition? the ignition switch? kinda at a loss lol

 

ok the ignition switch is good, but the main relay still takes a few minutes to kick on and let me start the car.... n e ideas? where does the main relay connect to the ecu? cause if so, i think there may be a short in the obd1 to obd2 jumper harness....
