91 CRX D15 Problems
Hey all, new to these forums. I'd bought a 91 CRX Si from someone back in March, and I love the car. But the thing wasn't in the best shape, and, honestly, still isn't. It has a clean title but appears to have been in a crash, due to some welding and replacement parts. I also checked emissions records and the car was denied because of the shape the car was in (no details though).
Anyway, I want to see this car survive, so I refuse to give up on it. I've learned quite a bit about the car, and cars in general since I've gotten it.
The block on the car is a D15B2. Which obviously isn't what is supposed to be in there. The head, from what a friend told me, is a Z6 head, though I doubt the Vtec is working properly, at it feels like it activates around 5k RPM(read: pointless). I don't know what transmission is in it quite yet. My main problem at the moment is getting it past emissions, which, the car is too low for me to take emissions.
Here is a picture of the suspension in the front. It looks strange because it's up on a jack. One of my friends said I could use a coilover tool and raise the ride height so I could do emissions, but auto zone and o'Reilly/checker doesn't carry those. Harbor Freight has spring compressors but will they work for mine?

Couple of zoomed out shots. Not the best looking at the moment. Plan to spray paint it to begin with, just to have a solid color, even if it is ghetto looking lol.

From behind. The reverse lights aren't working for some reason, need to check and see if the wires are damaged...though the wires are just a mess in general in the car, as you'll see in the next few pics. Sorry about the quality, only have a shitty flip phone camera.

Engine bay. Wiring is a nightmare. I have to rewire the radiator, because the dingus who had the car before had it wired directly to the battery with one of the flat connectors. I had to plug it in every time I started driving. So dumb. And I have no idea where to start with that, any diagrams maybe?

Another shot. Spectre air filter. It's not in the best shape either, dirty as hell, tried cleaning it twice, no dice. You can see some wiring that's loose as well, I think it's for the Vtec from what I've seen of the ECU and diagrams. (P28 ECU)

And there's some excellent(read:annoying) leaking of some oil. I have to take the head off and probably get a new gasket, and a new bolt for one of them. Why? Because it's apparently been broken for some time, so the threaded part is still in the head.

Aaaaaaand the fuel injectors. I can't afford new fuel injectors, on the fact that they're 60 a piece. I don't make much money. I went to a junkyard and got some fuel injectors, all measured at ~2.2 ohms and seemed to work when I put them in. The check engine light was trying to turn off once I put them on, like it was flashing and trying to stay off, but it kept turning back on. Not like the flashing for diagnosis, just erratic flashing.

So, my main things that I want to focus on are the suspension getting raised, so I can get plates, and fixing the check engine light. It's a code 16, and yes, I've looked around on the forums. I'm wondering, since it's the D15B2 block, if I need to get injectors that actually measure between 0.7-1.5 ohms, as compared to the 1.5-2.5 for the D16 block. I've also had the bogging down problems at a fourth tank, and I found the thread for the fuel sock, so I'm looking into that at the moment.
Any help would be appreciated guys, and thank you. This forum's had a lot of interesting stuff so far, and I'd like to be active and keep you guys updated.

if your haveing a proplem with the ohms of the injectorsi would fist check to see if there is a injector resistor box installed on the car that would be the first thing i would check... good luck
Bumping for a slightly different problem. The CEL is throwing me a TPS code. At closed it was something like 300 millivolts, and half open was at 1.5, and full was 4.3. What the hell is going on there? As for buying a new one, is there a specific one that I need to get? The car has had the DPFI to MPFI conversion.
Yet another bump. Car was taken to emissions, car bogs down once it hits third gear and takes forever to get up to speed. They told me "not enough power". Yeah, no ****. What fuel injectors do I need to get? I have been searching the forums quite a bit and still haven't really come up with anything.
