I have a 2002 Odyssey with about 145,000 miles on it. We're taking a road trip this summer (almost 12 hours each way) and I want to know what I should have checked on it before we leave. I have an oil change scheduled and they are going to look at it then, but I want to be aware so they don't try to tell me to have something done that I don't really need. Belts were changed and it has new tires. Thanks!

 

Aside from checking the tires, coolant level, oil level, and transmission fluid, and getting under it to look for obvious or impending problems, there isn't much more to do.

Some injector cleaner (the $2.99 Walmart cheap stuff) may not be a bad idea if you haven't done it in awhile.
