My guess would be no. The size of the plastic rear piece is much larger when compared to the glass in the 02-03. Its not like you could just trade one for the other. But good idea

The honda dealer I work at does this conversion for ~$5000 dollars. You need to replace the entire roof assembly, run wiring for the defroster switch and install the defroster switch, and a few other things. Best off going with a hard top.

Labor from a dealership should be about $800. The entire '02 roof assembly is $1200 and if you are patient enough you can order a JDM one. Why? The JDM tops come in a variety of colors. A club member in Sacromento replaced the black top on their Suzuka Blue, with a Blue convertable top. Pretty cool stuff.

I believe the price of the parts is around 2400 bucks, plus around 6 hours of installation. It sounds like your dealership is trying to make some money...
