I have both front and rear 11" kit but I don't have the tools to install them, they are just sitting in my garage .....someday.....and when that day comes, I'll let you know how they perform.

Wilwood now has bolt-in kits for all Civics. ~$600 from Summit Racing.

i'm running the fastbrakes 11" kit on the front (teg calipers, 11" rotors, ebc Green pads) and i hav e to say it's the best $450 i have ever spent, i have no problems stoping now, they will lock up very fast if i really try to make them, stoping from 60mph can't be more then 5 or 6 car lengths, in the rear i am just running teg disks with slotted rotors and stock pads, and of course stainless lines all around and a teg rs mastercylinder and prop valve

I have the 11" kit w/ Wilwoods. Works great and easily fits under my 16`s and 15`s.

The Wilwood Kit Summit sells requires a 17" wheel.

I believe you are in correct I've seen the summit kit under spoon 16" rims very tight but fits without spacers. So the summit kit will fit under a good amount of 16" kits.

I have the 11" with gsr caliper coming to me as I needed somethign in between for next race season before I went with a non all weather caliper the year after. I can't talk about it yet as it's not on. But fastbrakes does great service for my friends and so far has been nothing but pleasant with me.

He doesn't have spacers. And he has spoon wheels, which amazes me as fitting given the spoon wheels seem to give the worst problem on any of the big brake kits.

I'll go visit him just to verify this.

Personally fastbrakes is the way to go for whatever you choose.

the summit kit i think is the better buy but you have the wheel clearance issue. If it were me, i would get the summit kit, it is so much cheaper and looks nicer

Dont' take this the wrong way but from my lapping days, and auto X and what not maybe I am being biased. But last I checked brakes aren't a appearance mod.

Buy what performes better, else if you are getting them show then hands down summit wins with it's dimpled rotors and slots and I think two peice rotors.

To me espically with my lack of torque a 16" wheel or 17" wheel would be such a dog on the track at acceleration it wouldn't be worth it.

MY 22 cents.

I'm running Wilwood billet dynalites w/ 11.5" alum. hat rotors in front(not Fastbrakes kit but very similar), and Brian's Fastbrakes 11.5" kit in the rear of my '94 hatch. Works VERY well. I'm running an ITR m/c and booster as well. Be careful on 15" wheel choice if you go this route. Chad(TodaSi) and I have had some issues with this. I had to shave a bit of the corners of the Wilwoods to get them to fit in Kosei K1's, but my TE-37's have a bit more space. The slipstreams fit as well(probably w/o mod to the caliper-depending on the kit).

shaggy what do u want to do?

in many cases big flossin brakes are overkill.

youd be surprised how well somethin simple like gsr brakes all around with good pads, fluid and brembo blanks can go.

or u can be ghetto style like im doing:
gsr calipers used for 60 shipped
vw corrado rotors around 30 a piece from nopi y0!
then u buy the fast brakes adapter for around 140.
11 inches foe dat ***.
