Hseries vs bseries valvetrain - differences and similarities?

Hseries vs bseries valvetrain - differences and similarities?
I'm just wondering if it's ok to use hseries valvesprings and retainers in a bseries head.
The valvesprings appear to be .04" larger in diameter and the same install height.
I haven't checked the retainers yet.
Thoughts?

not to sure about stockers but the skunk2 valve springs for an h22 use b series springs with a spring seat that is sold separately.
