what ecu do i need to pass inspection 97 honda civic
Hey guys my thread got moved don't. Know why.. I live in nc and they check for car safety and emessions is not as strict as california.. I have a ls vtec/ gsr head swap on my 97 civic hatch with a ctr ecu.. what ecu do I need to pass inspection??
