Will this fit on H23a vtec?
Wondering if this will fit on an H23a Vtec engine to the rest of my 00 Honda Accord exhaust

that thing doesn't even go on the engine, it attaches to the exhaust manifold. If you're asking if it will attach to the exhaust manifold, it says "bolt on" so my guess would be yes.
The h23a vtec and the h22a have the same exhaust manifold. It's a matter of if that thing will bolt up to your cat is what you need to worry about.
