Wipers doing odd things
So it's been a while since I've posted anything but I'm running into an odd issue:
I have the single piece wiper blades (the ones that are essentially a long rubber strip that forms to the window). I have the 22 and 18 inch blades (driver/passenger).
I noticed this a bit with my last set (same size, different brand) and even more so with this set that if the down stroke isn't wet enough, the blade will jump on the window in a somewhat bow-tie pattern (based on the streaks left behind). When I lay down my window spray, it goes away, until the blades dry some, again. It has to be raining HARD for them to not do this or the window be completely soaked from a light rain.
Sure it's summer and it's not raining much, if at all now, in WA, but I'd still like to get to the bottom of this.
I noticed I'm supposed to have 24/19 blades but I can't see how a bigger blade would make it better.
Ideas?
