Did some EF front knuckles come equipped with abs sensor mounting points?

And if so? What size and spline count do they have?

I'm trying to decide whether to pursue a rare / mythical front knuckle set or buy a very expensive custom drop knuckle.

What size bearings and hubs did they have?

How many teeth on the abs rings?

where did you find drop knuckles? been looking for a while, and the only places i could find stopped making them years ago.

I remember years ago my buddy was talking to password jdm about getting ef9 knuckles with abs. I'm sure any where like that can source you some you just have to ask them.

just swap over the integra knuckles then you can have bigger brakes and abs.

 

Yup, from a 92-93 db2 gs-r. Some EF8/EF9 models came from Japan with ABS as an option, at the time the called it A.L.B. and some even had an A.L.B. badge emblem on the back.

These knuckles are made differently though and you need to shorten your outer tie rods a bit or order some EF8/EF9 tie rods from Japan. If you can find a set from a private seller that's your best bet, that way they can tell you if they're from and ABS equipped car or not. They use standard 90-93 teg brakes, bearings are either Civic/CR-X or teg, I don't remember.

 

also you can just get regular usdm ls that has abs and not do all that. My car currently has front knuckles off an abs integra and i have installed a rear disc conversion on a crx that used abs and my car has the 1" abs master cylinder.

 

Try Europe, they seem to have the ALB system more commonly.
