v tec in my 91

Got a 95 vtec head ahnd I want to put it on my 91 hatch when I convert it to mpfi. What all will I need? The dizzy? Ecu? Help me out

best bet is a p28 ecu, obd1 dizzy and connectors, connectors for vtec solenoid and an obd 1 jumper harness
