Quick question. Thinking of swapping in a dohc b series motor into my Eg. z6 is getting a bit slow. What is a good one that is worth while putting in?

Also do i need to rerun a wiring harness or can i use my stock on? Also can my hondata s300 be used with it?

What is everything i will need, ive read alot of mixed reviews and such on this topic. Please give me a hand!!!
