Default 99 accord ex v6 coupe: overheating while idle w/ac on

99 accord ex v6 coupe: a/c not getting cold especially when hot outside. When a/c is on and car is stopped temperature gauge rises to over 3/4. When driving resumes it goes back down to half. I have read numerous threads and here's what I gather. I do not think that my fan on passenger side is working. I think that is the ac cooling fan not the radiator fan. I have checked all fuses. I have also checked the relay by switching it with another one. However I had not warmed the car up when I did this. If my ac was on would it have come on even if the car wasn't warm yet? I believe my next step should be to check the fan switch, but I cannot find it. I have googled its location and cannot seem to find it. If someone can direct me to where it is that would be amazing. With that said my poa is check fan switch, if that checks out then check fan motor. Am I on the right track? Sorry, definately not an expert and my Honda shop is closed all week for the holiday. Gotta have ac as I have a baby and it's 100 plus outside. Thanks

Isn't that the fanswitch for the radiator fan? I need location of the ac cooling fan switch or fan switch b as I've seen it called that as well.

part 14 is the one for the ac temp switch. and why havent you put direct power to the fan to see if it turns on. and with a multimeter you could also see if your getting power to the power side of the fan plug. if you are the thermo switch is good. also all you have to do is jump the switch also to see if they turn on. but by just jumping the fan with direct power would of told you if it was good or not.
