My 1990 Accord EX starting having the famous S light flashing and then stayed on and the transmission was stuck in 2nd gear. I pulled the TCU and found a leaking capacitor and burnt resistor. I replaced them and everything worked fine for about a week. This morning the S light started flashing again. I haven't looked at the codes yet but wanted to see if anyone might have any ideas. Thanks.

 

pull the codes and get back to us, hard to diagnose without knowing the code if there is one!

 

Drove it at lunch and no S light or codes. Not sure what is going on.
