Default OBD1 LS-Vtec in OBD2 car?

Hey guys, Ive been searching around the forum for a while trying to get the info i need for this swap. there is so much information on this site, that i'm a bit confused.

what I'd like to know is...

1)what do i need to put an LS-Vtec(came out of a wrecked 95 Integra) into a 2000 Civic EX?

2) Do I need new mounts?

3)what Kind of ECU do i need?

4)is this more work then its worth?

Any Links would be great... for some reason some of the link for this site are blocked by my works proxy stuff ..

thanks in advance
