Default EGR Cleaning / Replacement Port Plugs ??

I got the P0401 code or whatever it is for a dirty EGR on my 1998 Prelude. I read the threads and watched the videos on how to clean the EGR and the EGR ports, as well as remove/replace the port plugs (I have never done this before).

I got the part # from one of the threads, took it to the Honda dealership with me, and when I asked the guy for the plugs he replied, "Honda doesn't sell those anymore." Ummm ok (??).

Can anyone confirm/deny whether or not this is true? Doesn't make ANY sense to me that Honda would just stop selling these. I found them for sale online, but can't live with the fact that shipping is $12 just for the plugs...when all together they cost $2.16 (for 8 of them...2 extra just in case I mess something up or lose them).
