Accord Constantly Overheating. (Video inside)

Alright so. This **** thinks it can just overheat all the damn time. For some reason it keeps slinging coolant out into the fans and blowing it all over the engine. I tried using the sealant, but that didn't work out too well.
Also I bled the coolant system for pockets of air. More than a couple of times. Seemed to give me about a week or two of normal driving before it starts to overheat again.
It always makes this sizzling noise at the radiator cap as well. Obviously because that ish is hot.
I had an integra a while back, but it was my first "sports" car. Let's just say I went through too many trials (LSVtec, B20 Swap, etc.) with it. My integra also had heating issues. So I wanted to get something more reliable.
So I got this BALLIN *** 1999 SILVER ACCORD COUPE MOTHER****ER. It ran fine for about 5 months before it started to get a little toasty under the hood.
So the question is, should I just replace the radiator? Or is it something more simple?
Thanks for helping!

Wheres the coolant leaking from? Until you find the leak youre going to have problems. the system has to run at a certain pressure to be effective. When is the last time you changed the radiator cap? If you find the leak and repair it, and it still overheating, then you might want to check for a blown head gasket, if that is good, change the radiator cap. I would check for combustion gasses in the coolant first.

When you were scanning the top of the radiator with the camera (:34-:37), the leak is there. Radiator needs to be replaced. Where the top of the radiator meets the radiator fins is where it's leaking.
Also looks like it has a crack in the front of the radiator at the top but I can't really tell, camera was moving fast.
