i have a 01 crv i took my headlights out of my v that was the easy part and planning on black housing them my question is there an easy way to take the clear part off with out breaking the plastic all to sh#t.

have to use the oven or heat gun method. Oven works best in my opinion, just make sure the headlight isnt near the element as it will melt. be very careful when prying the glass away from the plastic as you'll be bending the plastic away as well.

 

yeah thanks for the info ill try using the oven this weekend when my wife isnt looking she would kill me if she knew lol.
