Default turbo LSV issue, oil burn

hello!

build has 27K
everything has been machined, block, pistons, rods, crank, head.
here is a catch
replaced valve stem seals on rebuild of head, did not replace valve guides....

turbo exhaust seal not leaking, no wetness... unbolted downpipe....

leakdown test at 80psi was 10% across the board......

looking for input... ty.
forgot to mention it is a small amount of oil being burned... i would say... a half quart every 2-3K or something around that nature.... but i do see it on high rev...
mostly happens when i boost then decelerate.....
if I dont let the motor brake in gear while i decelerate, i get no smoke...
if i ride froma 4K+ and stay in gear and decelerate... smoke.....

stock bottom end LS
semi built head
12psi

PCV not clogged

is it possible that the valve has just enough play to cause damage or crack the valve stem seal and let oil by when it gets hot?

turbine seal
intake valve seals, etc

if you have a minor leak from the turbine seal, you wont notice any wetness, when oil pressure drops just enough oil leaks around the seal to cause an issue, when you get back on it or let off it will smoke

intake valve stem seal could be leaking... you'd never notice it unless you pulled the intake manifold off. same with the exhaust side seals, unless you pull the turbo manifold off you'll never know
