Blackworks vs golden eagle b20v kit

Blackworks vs golden eagle b20v kit
I am looking at the two and notice that there is a huge price difference. Anybody run the blackworks b20v kit ? I know golden eagle is a big name but I see that the blackworks kit comes with the headgasket at the same price as the golden eagle without headgasket. Any comments? Experiences? Leaks?
