FS: 2000 EBP Civic Si ( clean title) NEW PICS!!!!

I have a 2000 EBP civic si for sale. It has many factory( not replicas) options such as sunroof visor, window visors, si wing, hoodbra, bumper bra and mud guards. Its completely stock except tein s tech spring
No other modification were done. No engine check light is on and it passed the smog thru the " right" way in the first time in june and report is available
Interior 10/10
Exterior. 9/10
It always garaged for my whole ownership and car looks very clean
Timing belt, water pump, coolant fluid drain were performed recently
Car runs absolutely perfect, it doesnt burn any oil(mobil synthetic used)
There arent many Em1s left with clean title in thus condition anymore

daaaaayum. I'm sure some one some time told you that what ever money you pit into the car you will not get back... right? your placing your parts at BNIB price. well anyways, good luck with your sale. your gonna need it.
