Selling a 2004 Nighthawk Black Pearl Acura TL

The car has been well maintained and everything is up to date. The front & rear brake pads/rotors, spark plugs and the oil was changed on 06/26. I also have many other maintenance records. The car runs very good and transmission shifts smooth. The body is in good shape for its age, there might be a couple of dings here and there but definitely nothing major.
Its pretty hard to find a CLEAN TITLE Black TL with Aspec lip, Aspec wheels and Navigation... so with that in mind I am ASKING $14,500obo

I have a excel doc that shows the 30k 45k 60k 90k and oil changes even down to gas fillups with dates when it was done.

 

Any records of timing belt/water pump being replaced?

 

The records only shows the 30k 45k 60k 90k so I'm not sure the timing belt/water pump is done unless it's in the 90k service.
