Default h22a in 96 accord

i have an h22a in my 96 accord . just got done the swap. i have the car running off the accord ecu and the accord harness. i have the 97 prelude wiring harness for engine and from engine to ecm. i need information on how to install the computor and whether or not i need to use the prelude harness. i also need to know if the 97 prelude takes a chip in the key. ( i see on the wiring diagram that the prelude has an immobilizer). any info will be greatly appreciated!!!
ps
i have both wiring diagrams for the cars, i just need help with the wiring.

There are places you can send your ECU to get the immobilizer took off. I'm not sure where though, i know when we put a '99 LS motor in a civic, the owner had to send his ecu off to get it removed. I believe you can use the accord wiring harness, just have to extend a few wires. Which may have already been done, since the Accord wiring harness is already in the car hooked upto your motor.

well if it is a 97 ecu then it does not have an immobilizer that or a 96 ecu will work but because you are obd2 and already have an obd2 harness uou do not need to redo any wires unless your car was a non vtec and and it is now a vtec so like i said if your car was an ex model and had the vtec then all you have to do in undo your carpet at the passenger side front where your feet go then you will have to undo 4 10mm bolts take the plate up and undo 4 more bolts undo the ecu and just clip in the new one in its 3 clips should work 98 was the first year that the immobilizer was in so if it is a 97 ecu it will work if your car is a non vtec then you need to run 3 wires for vtec hope this helps you thanks
