Okay only the outter running lights are staying on
The driver side only illuminates half way but the passenger side stays fully illuminated at all times.
What I've been doing is just unpluging the fuse for the tailights
What would be causing this to all the sudden happen?

 

Did you do any wiring? Attempted tucking?

 

Test the light switch.

 

Ditto the above^^^ if pulling the fuse turns them off, then it must be the switch, as fuse is after the switch.94
