Default Throttle body port matching

So i'm gonna port match a b20 throttle body to a d16z6 intake manifold mainly for practice. the way i've seen most write ups do it is by using the gasket to stencil the bore. my question is what gasket am I using to do this?

the gasket with the bigger bore... heres the easy way... take a sharpie or marking dye if you have some... cover the intake manifold flange with the sharpie or whatever... bolt up the throttle body, open the plate all the way and take something like an awl of pick and mark the opening of the throttle body on the intake manifold... now you have a template on the intake manifold that stays there while you port it
