Was wondering if I could take a b series cam I have laying around, swap it into my d16y7 and if so is it worth it or not? Any insight or prior project experience or other input would be helpful........thanks

 

NOPE!!

Don't know why you think it is even possible. Just curious about your logic in this. That a one cam from a DOHC, that requires two to operate, would work in a SOHC.
